SPEC cannot refer political exclusion law to constitutional court - Commissioners

The Supreme Constitutional Court’s commissioners said that it is not part of Supreme Presidential Elections Commission’s (SPEC) jurisdiction to refer the political exclusion law to the constitutional court, Al-Jazeera Mubasher Channel reported.
