BREAKING l 38.6% participated in Egypt's constitutional referendum

CAIRO, Jan 18 (Aswat Masriya) Egypt’s Supreme Judicial Committee for Elections said in a press conference on Saturday that 38.6 percent of Egypt's eligible voter population participated in last week's constitutional referendum.
